Lisungwe plc - Delay in Final Results
The Directors of Lisungwe plc would like to announce a delay in releasing the Company's Final Results to year ended 31 March 2009. This has been caused by a delay in the approval of the financial statements by the Company's auditors caused through an unexpected delay in receipt of confirmation from the auditors of the Company's subsidiary in Malawi.

Additional exploration licence for Pyrite
"Lisungwe plc, the PLUS-quoted Mineral Exploration and Development Company with operations in Malawi, is pleased to announce the granting of a Reconnaissance Licence for Pyrite in the Madisi area. The new area is immediately adjacent to the well known documented pyrite deposits at Chisepo. This licence complements Lisungwe's current evaluation of the pyrite deposits in the Malingunde area, where drilling to test for tonnage and sulphur grade is in progress."
